About Our Scoring

The True Reputation Score is a 0–100 composite rating that aggregates data from multiple independent sources to give you a complete picture of a business's reputation.

Unlike single-source ratings, our score prioritizes hard-to-fake signals: verified Florida DOH credentials, BBB accreditation, and AI sentiment analysis of actual review text — not just star counts that can be bought from agencies.

When a data source isn't available for a business, its weight is redistributed proportionally to the sources that are present — so businesses are never penalized for missing data.
